2 out that became 3 when we picked Dave W up in Walkern….easy trundle down to Hertford and out of Ware up the hill...kept it steady through the Hadhams where I had second bottle cage failure in 2 weeks....got to Clavering Lakes about 10.30 and enjoyed coffee, cake and coca-cola on the veranda....Chris took the quick way back to Royston while Dave and I went via Elmdon and crossed very busy A505 and A10 and upp'ed the pace a bit back through Meldreth and Bassingbourn to finish on 69 at 18.5mph with 3500ft'ish of climbing
