assume there is a chain gang tonight as previous tues nights? will aim to leave litlington 7:30 ish and cycle backwards round the course to pick up a med/fast group if there is one

    Me, Alex, Robbie, Iain, Peter G, Stef, Mark C out at 7.30pm
    Lovely evening - good weather for it.
    First lap 23.4mph av. I fell off the back at Litlington on second lap, and so TT'd on alone. The others blasted on to touch 24mph on lap two. Word has it there was a bead of sweat on Alex's brow at the end: could have just been a trick of the the evening sunlight.

    It'd be good to have a few more middlers to fall back with next time!

    Well done Martin for lasting that long, I fell off half way round 1st lap!
    Ditto on the middle group, come on guys step up .
