weds ride 19th may
glorious day so we went a bit further and a bit faster. 10 riders, out to maulden and ampthill via haynes, then back through harlington, shillington and henlow. spot of through and off in henlow, and a feisty finish, with tim going early on his fixie, but think dave swaine got the honours in the end. 47 miles at 18.0 mph. 1 puncture. great ride but fast enough that on top of last nights chain gang, it put paid to my tt ambitions tonight.
