  • have you read the Jeremy Whittle book 'bad blood'? - this shows america's 'all action hero' in the frame for all of this going way back - the Feds would do well to have a read of it!!
  • I have indeed and also Mr Walsh's 'from Lance to Landis' which was very good!

    It will be interesting to see if the Feds are prepared to take on America's (arguably) best loved superstar? my guess is he holds to many powerful leader's ears these days and his contribution to charity is too great for the repercussions!
  • When you think about it how come the 7 times tour winner was beating the guys who did test positive? From what I've read (thanks to Skelders library loan system) the performance gains from EPO are thought to be around 15%. Thats quite a lot better to better on training alone....

    Don't forget Landis. Possibly the victim in this as he was just another part of the Postal "program" like so many other riders in all the teams have been over the years.

    Pantani was put out in the cold and look what happened to him poor sod.

    Anyway thats enough of that. Keep the wheels turning everyone. We know its the greatest sport!
