    Hi Phil, just sorted my LVRC membership. So ready to go. Hope to see you, Chris and Carmelo tomorrow at the Bowl, provided my lower back stops spasming!

    Went to the Eagle Road race today, Richard Law and I were the 2 cca riders.
    Wow what a great course they have.
    Great fast wiggly dowhill grades, just what I like.
    Great mornings racing. 60 miles at a reasonable clip.
    Thats one to do again me tinks....
