Looking for another [ladies?] road bike

Another village friend is after a road bike, as Guilden Morden gets bitten by the road bug. Ideally a women's specific one - but happy to consider a men's bike.

She is 5ft1/5ft2. So I guess a XS or S frame required. I'm not really sure how that works.

She is looking to get a good second-hand deal, up to £400 if need be. Rather than new/lower-spec.
