Highway Code proposed changes affecting cyclists

There is a consultation out which has some very positive proposed changes for cyclists and pedestrians. It's well worth as many cyclists as possible commenting favourably. The only negative I found was a requirement to move in if something faster wants to overtake, but it does explain that you have a right to be riding in the middle of the lane. You will need to read the whole thing to understand the context.
