Intermediate club run on Saturday 8th August, starting from the Three Tuns at 9.30am. This will be 25-30 miles at around 13mph.

Post if you're planning on coming along, we can break into groups of 6 if needs be to keep to the appropriate guidelines. I'll sort out a route and post up next week.

Suggested route for tomorrow's club run - out through Sandon to Buntingford, through Wyddial and back via Reed and Therfield. 24 miles at a nice steady pace, finishing with coffee. And the weather's looking cracking!

What a wonderful morning for a ride. 5 out for the route as planned: Nathan, Mike, James, Susan and Jenny. A very pleasant spin along the lanes catching up with people not seen for many a month. 25 miles at around 14mph.

I won't be around next week, so do post up if you're heading out, chances are someone else will be up for a ride too.
