Is the chain gang running this evening & if so at what time?

    Hi Tim

    I'll be there for 7.30pm hopefully: to jump onto the medium/fast gang.

    If it works out like last time, I fall off the back at some point after lap 1 as the lads push through 23-24mph av. It'd be nice to have a few who want to do a second lap [and third even?] at 21ish, or whatever it is the few are up for, to stick together.

    I think there's a 18-19mph av group - at 7pm.

    I plan to discuss smooth turns on the front, in the Tuns afterwards.

    The weather might affect things today - though it's due to dry up this afternoon.

    Just 5 out at 7.30pm. Rain held off - and it was warm. We opted to team time trial it. 3 laps - steady as; 22.6, 22.3, 22.2mph. Top training!

    4 in our group.....no youngsters apart from Ed. so we did 2 laps at 18 then upper 19mph.....fast tight cornering....very impressed and should make the core of a good medium ride...well done Ed. for keeping with us
