As Taff has already pointed out, Welwyn Wheelers have now started their road bike sessions down at the velodrome at Welwyn.
They are brilliant workouts and skill-building sessions. Aimed at Cat 3 road racers, but pretty much inclusive to anyone who has the desire to push their racing and fitness further, especially on the road. 7-9pm every Wednesday until Easter.
You now have to book online in advance. Me and Taff are booked in from CCA already for the upcoming session. See you there.
