Wanted A Head Stem for 11/4" diameter Steerer Tube

About 8-10 cm long. Most A-Head Stems are for standard 11/8" streerer (fork) tubes. This 11/4" dia. model I'm looking for is wanted for an old Cannondale MTB. As far as I am aware only new Giant MTBs and Canyon bikes come with 11/4" steerer tubes. The Handlebar clamp will be for 31. 8 mm or 25.4 mm diameter handlebars.
