Great session! Must have been about 12 out? Missed the first lap. Second lap 24.2mph, Third lap - clinging on by fingernails! - 24mph.

Some things I have learned tonight:

It's possible to feel vaguely sick even an hour after the ride.

When Robbie says "this one gets a bit lively" it means I should expect to get spat out the back at some point.

Great fun, mind. I clocked an average 23.5mph over the 18 miles I managed to hang in there. Will try and stay the distance next week.

was brilliant to see you all bearing down towards us as we made our way back....you looked awesome....a couple of our ride expressed a wish to tag on and Rebecca told them they would be killed..they didn't believe her, so watch out ...the youngsters aren't frit o ye....Daniel had a little tumble at lowish speed close to Littlington Church..his front wheel jammed and twisted throwing him..we believe the heat had expanded the tube to pop the tyre off the rim..remember to let tyres down if left in sun after ride...he is o.k. minus some skin plus a few bumps....
