With apologies for the delayed posting... :-) As will be appreciated, the schedule and signing-on/access to the Village Hall etc. are dependent on the UK Government's Covid-19 "Opening Up" schedule. THE COURSES

F14/10 "Foot-down"

You may already be familiar with this course, but for newbies, it's a circuit starting outside Guilden Morden on the Wrestlingworth-Guilden Morden road, into Guilden Morden and out on New Road through Shingay, left onto “Damnation Alley” just short of Wendy, left onto the B1042 at the “Toll Bar” and on until the Wrestlingworth cross roads, where left to the finish just short of Guilden Morden. In line with the current risk assessment, riders are required to stop, unclip and touch one foot to the ground within 2-5 metres of the junction onto the B1042 before proceeding at that point.

I've ridden the course twice in recent weeks and there are two potholes, one after another and within 200-300 yards of each other on the racing line on New Road/Flecks Lane on the approach to the right hand-turn to Shingay (Fen Road). I will be marking them with white paint before the first ride.

F14/"Wrestlingworth"

A "there-and-back" course starting at the Wrestlingworth cross-roads and turning at the Wimpole roundabout at the junction with the A1198. As advised, the finish point will be on the false-flat on the incline after turning back towards Guilden Morden from the cross roads, approaximately at the start of the F14/25 25TT course, if you know that.

NOTE: Please be aware that drivers can pull out of the Croydon Hill Road (Larkins Road) without looking adequately. We will have a sign to warn drivers approaching the T-junction that a race is in progress, but take care on the outward leg as you approach this junction

F14/25 - 17th June and 8th July.

Twice round the course in the map. The start is up near the Wrestlingworth cross-roads; the finish is at the start of the Foot-down 10TT (see above). Instead of turning left into "Damnation Alley" off Flecks Lane on the Foot-down 10TT course, the course continues straight through Wendy to a left-turn onto the A1198. Please take care on entering the A1198. Of course, there is traffic, but also the road surface is very poor as you enter the main road.
