  • Congratulations Gabriel! Welcome to the world. Looking forward to seeing you on a bike. Take care of you dad, and, especially your mum.

  • 9lbs? Sounds like a roulier in the making to me :-)

    Congrats to all.
  • Wonderful news! Many Congratulations to Martin & Gina.
  • congrats. Martin and Gina....what bike have you chosen??
  • Great news Martin and Gina. 5 oclock on a sunday morning? definately a time triallist! Not sure if fisher price do a P4.
  • fantastic news, many congrats. guess you'll have to resign yourself to life as a domestique or bottle-carrier for a few months martin
  • Cheers everyone. It's been quite a few days. All good with mum and lad though. Should be back from the Lister tomorrow. Yes - at over 9lbs, definitely not a polka-dotter. A one-day classic kinda guy maybe. Or TT'er. He certainly had the aero pointy head when born! Geoff - he'll be on my old Evil Keneval wind-up bike on the grass track. I'll be winding the wheel on whirring launch bit on the start line for him.

Aye Stef, with a fair wind, I could be Bob's bottle carrier on the Geoff Denny 100 for a few miles on 4th July - but that'll be about it for a while. Quite envious of all the chat about recent rides, upcoming trips, Marmottes and Etapes: good luck to everyone there. Put my name down to discuss such things for 2011 at one of the pub meetings. And let's talk about getting some more 4th Cat riders at next year's Primavera: there's plenty of talent bubbling thru.

Bit of a tangent: Wednesday's TT weather forecast looks perfect for PBs - but can people make it after the England game? If I can find the time, I might have a pop.

Right - time for another energy gel...
  • CONGRATS TO YOU BOTH!!!! FANTASTIC NEWS!!

  • I have been wondering whether to pop in to your gaff and find out how everything went but remember the unpredictable sleep patterns that follow births.
