Might be a bit spring like out there tomorrow - at last !
How about we do a version the Ampthill loop,
Ashwell-Haynes-Maulden-Ampthill-Houghton conquest-Old Warden-Broom-Langford-Ashwell (43miles)

or if we want to go a bit further, we can add on the Milbrook/Stewartby loop to make it 50.....
