Potential new member looking for intro ride

Hi all, I've just move into the area from London, looking for a club to do group rides with. I've been back on the bike after a very long hiatus and a back injury. I cycle mostly for pleasure and fitness, I try to get out a couple of times a week at least.

I'm looking for an intro ride as I've never done group cycling before.

Hi Paul, There are groups that go out on Wed, Sat and Sun morning, these rides are posted on the forum so you're in the right place. If you want to get used to group riding beforehand then there's the grass track on a Monday evening at 7pm. This will be on a fixed wheel bike and we have some available that you could use, its a great way to build confidence of riding in a group with the added benefit of being in a traffic free environment. There's a Wednesday off ride in the evening but this will split up on the off road sections as everyone is at a different pace but we do regroup and take it steady on the road. I hope this helps
