Sign-on at Guilden Morden VH from about 6.15 p.m. First off 19:01.

As previously advised, I am away. @DavidJ has offered to assist but we will need two more helpers to run this please. Please post up offers of help here asap.

    I was on a flyer last week but dropped my chain on the descent and lost a fair whack of time trying very badly to get it back on!
