Sunday 8th January CLUB RUN @ 3-Tuns Ashwell @09:30am {35m -> 2 Bridges}
Guys - meet @ 9:30am club run.
This is a "ground zero" ride and building back from a lower level of fitness.
Due to my leg injury I am planning on doing 35m @ 15mph tops.
If you plan to go further / faster then for sure I won't keep up ;-) and best to do your own thing.
This is a good - post Xmas "Ive put some weight on ride" and start somewhere... over the coming weeks we'll be building back up to the 120 miler in March - Martin's ride of the 3-Cafes. Work starts now for that!

One of the those days where we cycled around the clouds.
Stopped at a new Cafe near cople called the COWSHED CAFE.
Very nice. Good coffee.
Worth checking out.
