These have built-in 3 levels of resistance. It says the max power is 520W, but I have got more out of them than this and I only use the middle power setting. You need to have a power meter on your bike or Misuro B+ sensor the ARION MAG to make them smart rollers (not included with these).
I have used them for the past few years training and racing on Zwift. I originally got them, to relieve the boredom of a static trainer and to improve my bike handling. I definitely think they improve bike control.
I have had these for a few years, but they are still working perfectly. I've decided to get a smart trainer for this winter.
The cheapest you'll find these on the internet for is ~£230. I'll sell for £130.
