This weeks challenge is finding a route we don't need a snorkel for !

I'm thinking that this might be the driest route

Ashwell-Wrestlingworth-Tetworth Hill-Croxton-Gt Paxton-Offord D'Arcy-Graveley-Gransden-Hatley-Shingey-Ashwell (48 miles)

No cafe on route, but we can do a deviation at Gransden to Bean Theory in Waresley

    Looks good, see you tomorrow.

    There is a very minor flood in the usual place in Damnation Alley but it's nothing to worry about. Also I expect the small road from Gransden to Waresley will be a mud bath so we may want to consider going straight down the B1040.

    Road from Gransden to Waresley was rubbish on Wednesday so agree with Tim it's best avoided.

    Oh yeah forgot about the possible damnation alley river ! Sounds like it's ok at the mo and has had a couple of days to dry out.

    Was also going to avoid the back road to Waresley as not a big fan of it & go the main road way to the cafe. If it's a mudfest we will def avoid it
