Tacx Neo (Gen 1) T2800 Smart Turbo Trainer for Sale
Hi Folks,
I'm selling my Tacx Neo (Gen 1) T2800 Smart turbo trainer, as pictured. Purchased from new in November 2018 and in fairly regular use since; last used in December 2024. Set up for 130 mm Q/R (the distance between the two rear drop outs (measured "inner to inner"). As pictured, currently set up with a Campy freehub and a 10 speed cassette, but I can swap it out for a Shimano freehub/11 speed cassette as preferred.
In good working order, but with some idiosyncracies that I can take you through, if you're interested in purchasing. Some superficial scuffs are evident through use (see pics). However, I had it serviced/refurbished by "The Turbo Trainer Doctor" in May 2023, including installation of the most recent firmware (see https://www.theturbotrainerdoctor.com/) and - at his recommendation - fitted a 130mm Q/R ReAxle non-driveside axle support fitting to avoid future issues, described at the ReAxle website here https://www.reaxle.com/. In short, its good for a few years yet!
£180 ono. Any questions, please drop me a line. I'm in the village of Wallington, Baldock: you're welcome to come and take a look.
