Hi all, looking to get fitter so going to try and step up to the fast group...could anyone tell me an average ride in terms of pace and mileage? Thanks

just go with phil & trahern etc they just ride till its time to go home,the week before last we done 85 miles around
graffam water, clocked about 20pmh ave,but it does vary just give it a go, a great bunch to ride with i am the one
hanging of the back.

I've been a bit off the last couple of days, so IF I turn up tomorrow morning & people want to join me for a medium paced ride, I can offer my flattish route around Cambridge. The wind is forecast to be NNW. The route is about 60miles round.
I'm sure some of the other fast boys will be out for you to tag along with, Tim Hector, Jim Rees, Jon S etc
Hi was meant to be doing a 25 tt this morning. Dropped a v v very heavy loading ramp on foot last night. This was stupid and foot now swollen and a strange colour. I wont be riding TT or the club run ahhhhh :-(
