Club Hill Climb Champs - Sunday 31st Oct
Just a reminder, The club hill climb is on 31st Oct.
A cracking hill this year, the Baldock to Weston one. For those wanting to practice it, it starts almost immediately you turn off the A6141 at the junction with the housing estate road and finshes on top of the new road bridge over the Baldock bypass. It starts steep, stays steep, gets a bit steeper on the final bend and then levels out for a lovely sprint to the bridge.
We will sign on at the cemetary like last year, then ride out. Ill put more details up later.
all those returning from the trenches have had some great practice with the Kemmelberg, just a shame our hill isnt cobbled!
Also a great event for the youth, some of whom could do very well on this kind of hill.
See you there, oh and i could do with a timekeeper to help me. Any offers?
