The Buntingford Coffee Shop on the High Street is good. Just a short diversion for you. Poppy's Barn is excellent with a view of the fields and a great welcome from the dogs.

Stage 3 - Tour of the Cornfields completed. A big thanks to Daniel, Richard and Pete for guiding, dragging and cajoling me round. Thanks to Dan as well for joining us for a bit to help out. Having such great company made the miles fly by. Great rout…

Day 2/Stage 2 completed. A very tough 14 mile run in the Surrey Hills with 561m of climbing. All the course was either up or down with gulleys, brambles, rocks, roots, low branches and sand to contend with. Just one trip resulting in a slightly cut …

Day 1 done. Great ride to Wells and Kings Lynn. Lovely weather, great company and excellent lunch. A big thanks to Graham for piloting me back to Kings Lynn when things got a bit frisky.

Can you send me your email address please. mark@ccashwell.com

No problem Neil. I'll put you down and you can pay at the end of the term based on how many sessions you attend.

What size do you need? I've got a 58cm old CX bike fully kitted and ready to use. Could throw in a rack if wanted.

£110.60 collected from Biggleswade Grass Track. Training going ok but need to do some more running. Had nearly 3 weeks off running whilst on holiday and the latest run really made my calves sore. Need to start doing some hilly runs as well to prepar…

Looks like there will only be 5 of us so we'll go for a lunch cafe stop at Puckeridge and Ardeley for tea.

If you want to bring picnic food Stevie will transport it to the lunch stop for you. Just bring it to the start, plus any spare bottles etc. A good shorter route would be to ride to the end of the Beauchamps section above Hare Street and drop down …

Probably best to order on the morning before we head out.

That is sad news. I worked with John on the A10 Cycle path campaign and we created a video together of the existing path. He was such a driving force behind the campaign and it's a shame he won't get to see and ride the route and bridge when it's fi…

Sorry I can't make this, I'm working that evening. You might think it an advantage to be paired with someone fast but just remember that your turn to work hard comes round quicker if your partner is fast! You just end up racing for longer.

G-Riders, don't forget some lunch tomorrow. We probably won't make it back to Ashwell afterwards so bring it in a plastic bag rather than something you will want back that day. We will bring plenty of water to fill bottles. There is also the shop in…

Ok Dave.
