Logan started and was going well. Tech issues !! All sorted for next time He was really keen so I quickly found a race for him to get in to. See you next week.

Thomas is threatening to come and ride. Bike is still in full blown gravel mode ( even smaller chainring and fat tyres ) but he seems keen. I can help if he’s rides.

Went over to Ashwell Grasstrack tonight and on the way Wrestlingworth crossroads has 4 way lights on it tonight. No sign to say how long they’ll be there but work doesn’t look too big so hopefully they’ll be gone for Wednesday

Emma/Andy. We have effectively a £30 credit in the CCA coffers. We paid for a loan Grasstrack bike for Logan and then he bought his own. Can we say that covers Thomas for 10 TT’s or do we need to request a refund and pay again?

Logan is 9. 10 in Feb.

The flat ones don’t suit Logan. He just doesn’t have the oomph to keep pushing but he made up for it in the timed section. Got quicker each lap and posted top time for the Cat D’s (18.37) so he finished happy.

First TT for a while for Logan. He’s not shown much interest for some weeks but was keen to do it this week. It’s his favourite TT course which helped. He loves those starts. It’s a big thing for him to try and get amongst the cat b and cat A riders…

Logan really enjoyed tonight’s race. 20seconds off his PR for this course but he could only go as fast as the bunch he was in. Lead bunch were too fast from the off. Despite it not being his fastest I reckon it’s the best/mature way he’s ridden this…

@ChrisP what happened? Good result for Logan but not the best he’s ridden. His best time at this course though and his first ZP Gold. Happy boy.

Logan had a good race. Front group was just too fast for him so he settled in to the second group of riders and they all worked together at a good pace. With 5km to go 'grey head' as Logan called him tried to break and it lasted a little while but…
