Yes that was a hard ride finished on 60 my average was 14.4 surely that's wrong ?

Mc thanks for sorting the ride finished on 60m but got a puncture 1 mile from my house couldn't be arsed to sort so just rode it home flat . thx for coffee carmelo. my turn next week. strappy

yes thanks martin that was a lumpy route enjoyed that i think it will help me on the trip. same as paul that sausage roll was a bit much just before brickhill climb but very tasty. finished on 73 @ 17.6 avg strappy

martin i am off work tomorrow so the woburn route sounds perfect to me but not fussed will go with the majority see at 8.00 or if your coming my way at the bottom.of langford hill. strappy.

john doing the blue egg run want get there for opening time about 10 hence the early start. it gets silly busy if we get there late. jezz is leading the way. strappy.

ditto cheers mart great ride , sorry to all for keeping you waiting at top of every climb. lot of work for to do before the big trip . my back is very sore but i will pop out tomorrow for a recovery ride.finished on 96 just couldn't do the 100 start…

yep i will be there , all my plans went down the pan only been out once this week got drowned & and frozen so never bothered again.
