Sallie - do you want to use the bike with a tyre-driven Tacx turbo or a direct-drive model (i.e. Flux or Neo)? The Robert Axle Project (which sounds like it should be a 70s prog rock band) makes a 12x142 RAT thru axle converter for Focus bikes to us…

Unfortunately Arkesden village hall has almost no parking of its own. We had some special arrangements for parking space in the village for the hill climb which wouldn't be possible for the Primavera I'm afraid. Mark F

We’ve got a full field, 100 cowbells, a fancy burger/coffee van, and some great prizes (as well as some slightly tongue-in-cheek prizes too...) And Martin and Emma are both featured in my “Local Heroes” previews https://facebook.com/1050381…

We’ve reached 100 entries so have closed the books. I’ve counted five or six CCA senior riders and three CCA youth riders among the entrants. I filmed the course today so this video gives those riders a taste of the climb: Hill of Dreams So now…

There will be a few special categories too including a "Clydesdale" category: the rider plus bike must be OVER 15 stone / 95.5 kg to qualify. There will be a weigh-in on the day to check that those claiming to be Clydesdales are indeed true Clydesdal…
