Fourteen of us out this morning for the jaunt to Grafham and back. As is std for the Sat ride, we went a bit off piste again, as we decided it prob wasn’t the best idea to go through the middle of St Neots on a Sat morning. Superb diversion thanks …

14 out this morning for the spin to Clavering lakes. Nice flat warmup toFowlmere into a surprisingly brisk easterly wind. Still on the positive it kept us cool(ish) on a baking hot day. Clavering lakes was excellent again, although was over run …

I'm happy to help out with timing/marshaling. Such a nice evening would be a shame to cancel it. I'll prob cycle over though, so won't be able to help with the road signage as I think it's a bit big to carry on my back

Twelve out yesterday for the round Cambridge 'pancake' ride. In summary, started flat, was flat in the middle and yep flat at the end too ! Nice tidy riding all round and a good pace from the off. We even got some sunshine thrown in for good measure …

Nope, afraid now. Not a living soul there when we turned up too Headed off to Finchinfield which was full of confused and hungry cyclists wondering why on earth the Blue Egg was shut !! Still at least it was a glorious day for bike ride

Nine of us yesterday morning for the spin to Ampthill and back. Glorious weather, perfect for bike riding, warm and just a light breeze. Shame the same couldn't be said for the terrible state of the roads ! Had our first mechanical, pot hole relate…

Prob about 16-17avg for this route. Nobody gets left behind though

Good turnout this morning for a spin out into Essex and back. 12 of us set off for what was a bit of a killer hilly start even by my standards. Maybe going up the hill to Therfield all the way down to Royston then all the way up, up, up to Gt Chishil…

Massive CCA turnout this morning, we filled the space outside the Tuns ! Three rides in the end, Nat's eyeballs out one, my club run and a marginally slower & shorter cafe ride. 12 of us set out on the club ride, amazing weather and great to be …

Eight of us out this morning for the spin out west. Weird wind direction, south easterly I think, so not really a tailwind on the way out on the way back. Was amazingly Spring like though, almost hot when the sun came out - lovely and about time too …

Twelve of us out this morning for the first ride of 'spring' 2018. Nice pace from the off with a nice flat start down to Fowlmere. And then we crossed the 505 and it all got a bit, well Belgian !! Shocking roads, with oodles of potholes, gravel a pl…

Seven of us out this morning for some sort of version of the route above. It was indeed flat(ish) and fast(ish). Lovely morning too, could almost be described as Spring like ! As par for the course, route above was just a guide, so we did go to yelli…

Excellent turnout this morning on a cold but beautifully sunny morning. 14 of us set off on the route above out to Buntingford and back via Langley. Roads were mainly ok, but several bits of ice needed to be tiptoed through. All around safely though …

Cheers Richard, I'm sure that we can find some way round. Seems to be the season for road closures as the road from Reed to Therfield is also shut until May, so to now get to Therfield from Barkway we have to go the long way round via Buckland. Al…
