Superb effort lads.

WHAT IS A 'WHISPER'? You will notice that when you 'Start a new discussion', you now have the option to 'Whisper your comment to'. This lets you send private messages between forum members. You and your recipient will see any Whispered message as m…

Hi Tim
In the interim - and maybe preferably for many people - I'm looking into installing an extension on the forum to allow users to 'whisper'; that is to discuss with someone on the forum, one-to-one, without any others seeing. It's q… -

Just a final reminder: the Geoff Denny 100 is THIS Sunday, 8.30am, at the cemetery car park. Bring your lunchables to the start and Stef's wife will kindly take to Elmdon. Weather forecast is very good. Quite a strong headwind for the second half -…

Just getting this to the top. For the last two year's this ride has probably seen the biggest club turn out - it would be nice to repeat that again.

Ha! I've worn my cap when walking to the station in the rain. Did I do bad?! By the way everyone: with the new text or Html options - you don't need to ever have a 'dead' link again - you can make it a link by typing any words, e.g. Skelder's link…

Just noticed: ImageShack has a 'Resize' image option. Useful to avoid massive on-screen pictures. A reminder too: you want to copy the 'Direct Link' code - ignore the Forum code. Very misleading.

HOW TO ADD PICTURES First up, an explanation of what the forum does with pictures: it doesn't upload them to the site - it displays images from other existing sources. This way, the site doesn't get bogged down with costly data. So, find your pictu…
-
Hi Tim Almost right - but you want the 'link' code - not the forum code. As counter-intuitive as that seems. Anyway, I've done it for you. Here are your pics. Niiiice...

Nah geoff - this is strictly lo-fi.
