Tip top ride - loved it; thanks guys. Those Tuesday night circuit sessions are playing havoc with my legs at the moment.......when will the pain stop!?
-
As per other discussion thread; yep 9am it is.
-
Nice one - we've a small but perfectly formed peloton comin' together. Any more takers for the chilly express!
-
MTB and Turbo really are last resort options, hoping to do the fast ride at 9am.
-
I'd definitely be up for this as the later start does make sense, and 70 at 18+ sounds spot on.
-
Weather looking okay so far - just a little on the chilly side! Mountain bikes????
-
Yep, another tip top CCA ride and some excellent new lanes - thank guys.
-
Nice ride today - thanks guys.
-
What ever the route I'll be there chaps.

Nice one chaps, barely noticed the brisk westerly breeze and the drizzle.
-
hope to join you guys for a bit.

Certainly like to give it another go - depends on footy arrangements. This is an excellent event, however, I would agree with Jez's comments, this can get tough - you have been warned.
-
Weather no problem. Hills no problem. 1pm finish no problem. 8am start no problem. Really looking forward to this one.
-
It did exactly what it said on the tin. All in all a most perfect ride. Cheers chaps.

Thank you all for being so patient whilst I "bodged" my SHIMANO chain back together, it has now been consigned to chain heaven, and yes it is the second breakage in as many weeks - Trahern, the KFC is on order. Always enjoy that route....Cheers.
-
I'm in - really like the idea of doing the hilly bit first.
-
Agreed - terrific ride, and Robs you're going great on that fixie of yours. Apologies for the slight injection of pace for a bit; I'd like to say it won't happen again, but you'd know I'd be telling porkies.
-
I'll be there bud, and happy to do 100m
-
Terrific stuff, loved it - I want more of the same...much more! Cheers.

Race 6....Race 5 was held on Boxing day and I decided, no Jo decided, it might be a good idea to take a rest - it was Christmas after all! So onto race 6. This was much the same as the other races in terms of the first 30mins or so, and according to …

Yep, I'm in - see you tomo.

Race 4....Pacey and frenetic best describes this weeks round. There was a constant stream of individuals breaking of the front, this rendered the race uncontrollable and very tiring. For me the constant effort required to stay near the front to took …

Well done; all a stupendous effort in adverse conditions, and Daniel, good to see the race face is back!
-
Race 3....This race had a little of everything. The race started pacey enough and for the first 20mins or so everyone seemed to be waiting for someone else to do something. As far as I could tell there were numerous breakaway attempts from about 20mi…
-
MC, There's still along long way to go, I think I need at least another 32pts! Cheers.....
-
Yuk! Mud glorious mud.....Why oh why? Well done you crazy guys.....
-
RACE 2....And what a race, and yes the chain held together this time.
I achieved my best ever 3rd cat result with a 4th position amongst a full field of 50 riders. The race was not as pacey and last weekends with the average ranging bet… -
