Christine, please could you send me your email address to volunteers@ccashwell.com. I have some information I need to send to you. Edit - Please ignore, all sorted now thanks.
-
I might go down still. I'll see if Basti or anyone else wants to come and let you know if we need the container opened.
-
Tim, if it's ok a friend of mine would like to come along tonight. He recently joined as a 2nd claim member.
-
Yes please. I'm racing next Sunday with an 8km race on the programme and National Champions on the start list so will need a run out.
-
I'm planning on coming. I'll be leaving about 6 so I'll check on here for a decision.
-
Someone told me that they allow cross bikes for this. I might be up for a few races using it as summer cross training.
-
Clockwise should be interesting, downhill on the Dassels berg will be an experience. Count me in!
-
Please could this thread be added to the stickies at the top. Thanks Dave
-
Thanks Will, you don't know how many edits it took to still not get that link working properly.
-
I'll try and make it and after today's showing any input would be appreciated.

As above thanks to everyone who gave up their time to put this fantastic event on. It was my first go at grass track and the 5k scratch at the end was a definite highlight, riding with other members in a neat TTT formation was a great experience. Mar…

Joseph and I would like to do this but as Joseph is not old enough for official club runs could we meet you there from our own ride, or is it the case that if the club is signed up any club member can ride it between those times?
-
Joe and I are still going. On the line will be fine, there was about 80 places left in our category when it closed.
-
Great write up Stef, I think you really captured the event perfectly. If that doesn't inspire people to do it next year then nothing will. I heard the guy on the Arenberg broke his leg! Ouch. Jeremy - all 6 of us were on CX bikes, mainly for tyre …

I'm not sure I agreed to the full route and I'm pretty sure I didn't agree to doing it next year, but you never know. I'm not sure you've got that the right way round Jamie, I'm pretty sure Nikki Terpstra was claiming he was just quicker than me! Fa…

Yes it could be a fast race. I did notice that the first race in the series had quite low numbers. The weather was particularly bad that day which may account for it. This would be a good race/series for those looking to try out cyclocross in a low k…

Thanks for organising this Mark. Couldn't have asked for a better training ride for Paris Roubaix next week. All three of the 3 star sections were the highlights, hit them hard and pray to the god of grip. Great riding by everyone, no offs was a cre…

We should be going to this as it's the closest one of the series. Looking forward to it, not sure it will be very summer like if the weather continues like this.

A friend is going to lend me some mudguards that he reckons will fit over my 30mm tyres. If not expect this.
-
Best of luck with the new start John. Cirencester has gained one heck of a rider. I'm one of the people Geoff alluded too, in having benefited from you being a part of CCA. I learnt a lot from you in the last cross season, not least that attention t…

Weather is looking very Belgian. What is the situation with mudguards? I'm not a regular club runner so don't know if they are compulsory in this weather. My bike has eyelets and enough clearance but would struggle to get some for Friday. Surely a…

Nice write up Travis, although I'd have to disagree with your assessment of the course. The best bit was the cross type half! I went nowhere near an A-line and got heckled by Shelton for running some sections. My first MTB race and my technical skil…

A couple of pics from Ike Saul race.

Hi, you heard right, a few of us go out but not as much at this time of year. Usually from about September until December we will go out one evening a week on cyclcocross bikes. 52-55 minutes is a good time so doubt we'd be dropping you, we averaged…

Great to get out and see the racing today and a good ride to boot. Thanks for the tow from Bassingbourn back to Ashwell, saved enough energy to grovel back to Hitchin into the wind. 71.5 miles at 15.5mph for me.

Happy to help, driving is fine as I have BC membership. I've got a big pick up truck if that's any use with carrying support stuff. Happy to marshall too.
-
I'll join you for this, was planning to head out to watch anyway.

No time to clean my decking, I spend all my time cleaning bikes because they're all white :-)
-
Cheers. The frame is actually white John, although they would probably both be called something different on a Dulux colour chart.
