fine by me Mark. That's 2nd to 4th now not 1st to 3rd? Jeremy was going to do Saturday 2nd only as it was a long day. Will now be a shorter ride to allow for you to get up; Sunday will be a long day out and Monday will be a shorter one to allow you…

"The only rule is your bike must have road/touring tyres, no cyclo-cross tyres. Otherwise I recommend you leave your best carbon bike at home." Haha Mark and Alistair. Good luck trying to get this past Mr Wyer. I reckon he's in the pay of an inner t…

Well put Will. Starting and building anything with the right ethos is a tough task. Keeping it running at a high level of satisfaction for riders is even tougher. Our club is fortunate to have such a proactive core of individuals but they are stretch…

Mark has suggested the first training ride for the May bank holiday weekend which should give most an opportunity to do 3 days so May 4th 5th and 6th Saturday to Monday. Any takers?

wonderful read Jackie. Inspirational as Emma says. My surgeon offered me the same option of a new knee joint 15 years ago although I have never put it to such a test as you have done. It still works well for me so hang in there :-)

just bringing this back up to see if anyone is interested. I've had contact with Velo hols and they are keen and well organised to provide a great training camp environment. If interested but 2019 doesn't work for you let me know. I'm going out there…

bringing this back as a reminder. Log these dates in your diaries. Whether you stay up here or just come for the day this is an event not to miss. The Italian trip riders will definitely be able to benefit from their fitness and ride to the racing.
-
Not much chance of riding these days. Too wet, cold, misty or windy. I'll get out as and when the weather permits. Looks like it's going to be a tough start yet again next year to regain lost fitness. It's times like now I envy the milder conditions fo…
