Thanks Rupert, nothing better than cleaning the bike after a decent ride and always up for a few tips. I must agree that apart from chain lube I don't use any cycle specific products for the same reason you suggest.

Thanks for a great ride and good to see all the old faces back. I note that the 'we don't sprint in winter' rule was suitably revoked and perhaps this rule may be a little....eerrr fluid dependent on if the captain is in the lead out?
