thanks for the route today shame the weather was so grotty but all the same was a ride.
finished with 53 miles a tad lower than my normal but in those conditions pleased.

well that was a typicall sunday medium/nastie ride i never knew were the heck i was for a fair bit of that ride

nice ride to hertford, back via lilley we managed to keep out of the wind a fair way round.

Sorry i could not make this ride sounded like a good one, mind you i kept fit by chasing
round my 18 month old grandaughter, baby sat friday & saturday night till the small hours

what a great ride first long one for a few weeks my legs started to go after you put hammer down just could
not keep up (to much xmas booze & food ) got back with 85 miles 17.3 ave so a good start to the new year.

got up sunday in a lot for pain with my back could not even do a 30 mile recovery ride, going to the
physio today if i can get in.

what a nice ride at least when your on fixed i can keep up finished on 62 miles @17 mph ave just shows how hills and a stiff breeze can do.

been keeping an eye on this but i am of to florida for a couple of weeks in june so my
holidays will be limited next summer for other trips.
like skelders i will need to keep my tan topped up so sunshine & mountain…Well chaps
that was agood ride had everything to make it great wind , rain, cold , punctures galore felt much better this week only got droped a couple of times.
Got back home with 85 @ 18 ave so not to bad with that wind in my face on th…
