  • yes thanks to trahern for a great route ,the pace was a bit hot last few miles but just about kept up.
    into that wind for the last 10 miles nocked my ave down a fair bit finished with 87 miles @ 18.2.

  • i agree just bought my new winter bike trek 2.3 from tri sports it is my local shop but they always do a great job for me.
    had my madone from them to in the summer and they fitted me on that one so i just copied the set up from that one.

  • i agree robbie a great ride today, thanks to martin for the route a bit of tough lumpy one, the last 10 home was very slow my legs were shot.
    but i finished with 92 miles on clock so pretty good for a winter ride.
