Thanks for the route phil legs were starting to go heading into whitwell , then i had a headwind most of the way home.

A good ride that felt a bit better than i thought i would.
finished on 55 @ 16 avg so a good base ride.

if any paris nicers find there club gilet a bit tight it could be mine i collect one from shaun i thought it was a bit baggy .
i know i was ill most of the time but i never lost that much weight.
let me know we can swap.not been on the bike yet since we got back still feeling rough coughing etc will try and pop round will ring first

agree with all that's been said that was harder than the first time i done in 2011 it was the heat i thinks that done us all in.
marmotte man of the day for me was big phil a massive effort from the guy who had no slee…Yes people still looks tough i saw montvernier on the dauphine last week, i deffo want to do that looks stunning.
Took the 6 years to build it apparently only short but Bring it on.

Nice steady ride that much better with a tail wind home , all rode well together.
my stats 75.34 MILES @ 17.9 AVG and still back in time to sort the dinner for mothers day (more points in the bag).

never noticed your question till now, yes got the one i mention had to make a few adjustments still need to change the shifters over but other than that its fine , full carbon bit too light for a winter bike been blown all …Three out today.

Done a short route 2 bridges finished on 54 miles with a very low av…Just been up the shop NO ICE . NO SNOW NO FROST yet, just a gail force cold wind .

Already stripped all the 105 kit from the old bike it's all in good nick so will have that ready to fit on the bike if needed.
