Tim D can manage the sign on sheet, timekeep and marshall an event whilst looking after his kids, so I think Neil is being a bit wet here. Mind you our course isn't in the formation of a Fiboncci spiral so is several orders of magnitute less complex.

having just completed a very well organised event yesterday, it really puts that one to shame! basics have got to be time keeper, push off man, AND at least signs but definately Marshalls!! Are we OK for signage and stuff for ours Tim? I know a man who can probably help if needed (for signs that is) ??

Russell Downing recommends some speed work in a "training block" so this must do the trick....

Trust me to get Martin Hall right on my tail - ready to double-tap me early doors on the first corner I bet.
To get a sense of effort - the climbing is precisely 3 times our 10m TT - so at 3 x the distance - uncannily similar.
And here's the gradient. The climbing essentially starts at Shuttleworth airfield and ends on the corner of the dog leg turn to Ireland.;
