Thanks Geoff B hard graft but I certainly can see how that could become addictive! Good crew in the novices group too (didn't really meet the fast gp) but I have your pictures and will post them up either Monday or at the latest, Tuesday. Stay tuned for a link....
i thought that was a brilliant session, really enjoyed it, thanks Geoff for arranging, sign me up for next time.
great to see CCA with the velodrome to ourselves, well done everyone especially those on the track for the first time - everyone did really well.
we had a great cross section of the club, from Archie just turned 10, through the teenagers Matt, Dan and I guess Andrew, right through to the lets say more mature members of the club
if anyone wants to be reminded of their flying 200 times I have them, we ranged in average speed from 26.5 mph upto 38 mph (no prizes for guessing who that was)
I think i have recovered from the shock of the banking. Thanks for organising everything Geoff and hope we can all have another go soon. A few pics to follow
Great evening - and thanks again Geoff for organising it. Archie wont forget it in a hurry (he was 10 that day) and is desperate to have another go. Me too for that matter, great fun once you got over the feeling that bikes shouldn't be ridden sideways / on a wall... cheers Iain
Hats off to Archie. Thinking back 39 years (and 1 day) to my own 10th birthday, I can not, not for one moment envisage that I would have had the wareforall to even imagine doing what Archie can do, let alone venture out into a fearsome, alien environment with adults buzzing past me every few seconds not two feet away as I tried to master not just a new bike but this wall of seemingly vertical forbiddingly daunting wooden gargantuan.
What a great session - would most definitely go again - thanks for organising Geoff - shame I had to dash to get the train - never mind next time I can try the cones too
Some cycling friends have organised a Velodrome session. Don't know how many slots yet. First come first served so let me know definitely NOW. Only riders who have ridden Manchester Velodrome will be accepted. No beginners at this one please. Youth and adult. I will email you details when you confirm.

I do like what looks like a "spy shot" of daughter talking to Andrew.
Can one download higher resolution pics from Flicker?
Thanks again to Geoff for organising the trip.
Would love to do it again

Tim - photos look great. I'll ask Matt which ones he likes best. And good luck with your TT tomorrow!
