Thanks Hannah for telling the world how safe our rides are...hahaha....now everyone knows what a handful you all are.....so people know Rosanna didn't cut herself falling off her bike.....
just sorted Bianca out on her bike...tyres low and saddle needed raising..another one of you growing taller...she'll be back on Saturdays and also our Thursday roller sessions...would be good to see some of you turning up if you can make it to these...you are doing well and it is going to be a great help to you for the future......Hope to see you then...if not DO COME on Friday to the Tuns for the youth meeting with parents,,8pm

heyya guys that was a really good ride and the rollers are fun.Heyya Hannah charlie says no but im sure he will change him mind.We all did a good ten or so miles and it was very cold but a bit of mango juice and a go on the rollers and we were all warm.thanks
Today as so much fun! Goin on the rollers without someone holding me! My tires defo needed pumping up cos on the way home I was doing 16-20 mph! Wat joy!
i will be coming next week, isn't my new account realy cool.well ill be there on saterday i enjoyed the rollers last week it looks like its going to be warmer and dry.see you then x im going on the rollers to night x
