-
thanks Jezz, I will be at the prima vera so I will talk to you there
-
Is there a student discount?
-
Thank you everyone, The bike bag problem has been sorted. Thanks again, might take you up on that ride Martin as I don't yet know the safe route.
-
I will be doing the Madison so I hope that it doesn't rain and there are as many people there to watch as possible.
-
To mattss (and anyone else interested) Mum is away for about a weekon holiday, however I am in the house and able to contact her, my email is josh.maynard@live.co.uk, I will forward your requests onto her and we can organise a pick up time
-
Happy to help in setting up and also in the running, would love to race the crit but I am sure I can find time around racing to help run the event
-
Thought I would try and be helpful.
-
I would recommend this, its amazing fun
-
Despite loving the end of chaingang sprint, I agree with Tim, if we are to sprint at all it should be for the 30 signs before the village
-
I am sure there will be an evening or two where I can push off
-
Ready
-
Hoping to be there as well, not much racing nearby. Remember the clocks go forward tonight!

Uphill finish onto a bridge, long back straight on wide roads with a traffic light halfway down. One Set of dodgy corners to look out for cars on. Gets tight about 1-2km before the finish and then widens out for the uphill onto the bridge. That is …
-
I am hoping to do this, hopefully the ice stays away.
-
Ok, it looked like a hard race. Good that you've experienced what is quite a technical circuit, all the others should be easy now!
-
I was at the cyclocpark today racing as well, were you racing in CCA kit Tom because we got there for the end of the 4th cat race and could not see you?

I think I'll be out for this ride
-
Fleche Welwyn road race, run by welwyn, on the same course as the Ashwell one, earlier in the year.
-
I can vouch for the millenium series, they are great rides. My favourites are the North Road Hard Riders and Welwyn Hilly. Hilly hard rides early on in the year.
-
Cheers NAthaniel, good ride, great to have someone to talk to. NEEDS MORE RECRUITS
-
Right, well I'll be out from 18:00 and in baldock around 18:30, post if you're interested
-
Sounds good, just tell me if you can make it and then we'll sort times and places out.
-
Short notice again but I will be going out in the evening this tuesday and friday, fairly flexible with timings as long as it doesn't start before 18:00.

Most of this has probably been covered. Firstly, its worth getting someone professional to look at it if it is affecting your cycling. Secondly, you might have a muscle imbalance from doing too much cycling and no other sports, this causes knee pai…

A second per pound is a bit much. Maybe just get fitter?
-
I've done this climb before and its an absolute beast. I would really recommend racing up it.
-
Great, I am interested in both. I'll be at the Grass track, Theo-saurus are you going there as well? If not I am having to return a DVD to your house anyway so I could pop round.
