    Cheers for the route was nice to get back on the bike for a decent ride , i was still feeling a bit weak as was proved when i was left standing when every one chased after skelders should be back to normal in a week or so .

    As shaun say's a great write up, anyone that has done the mountains will know what it takes to finish a ride like that.

    The stats sound about the same at the marmotte 10 hrs in the saddle for me too.

    thanks to tim/geoff & all the marshalls for such a great job, no excuses this year from me i checked my brakes before i left the village hall they were fine i was just toooo slow maybe next year.
