Thanks for the route stef.
Would have been nice but for the freezing wind & strong wind,on the subject of gloves i was wearing my new endura deluge gloves my hands were frozen and wet so don't bother with those never found glove yet … -
steady ride today after stef and the club split we had a puncture just outside ireland after that picked up the pace a bit went the same route as the club run.

glad you got back ok , we passed the other group too a bit faster than you no doubt.
Shame about the crash causing so much damage to the bikes.
All the same was a good ride for the rest of us finished on 70… -
yep 8.30 but i run 125psi + i did say it has to take a lot of weight !!!.

Oh my what have i started.
I won't get too involved as i am not usually a saturday rider,so i will be over the the tuns @ 8.30 and just tag along with anyone thats around .

Cheers for the route was nice to get back on the bike for a decent ride , i was still feeling a bit weak as was proved when i was left standing when every one chased after skelders should be back to normal in a week or so .

Sorry could not make it caught some sort of virus been sick as a dog, not turned a pedal for nearly a week missed all this lovely weather.

As shaun say's a great write up, anyone that has done the mountains will know what it takes to finish a ride like that.
The stats sound about the same at the marmotte 10 hrs in the saddle for me too.
