Saturday Fixed Wheelers PROBABLY 8am

edited September 2011 in Club runs
Saturdays are now fixed wheel rides from now on for me. A few others might join after Belgium etc. All good training for LE/JG. Tmw only a shorter ride 30-40m. But from next week maybe the GD 100m with Phil.

You're welcome Strappy - 101 for me. If anyone else is interested you'd be most welcome; every Saturday is now a 100 mile training delight.......Robs and I are considering an earlier start time - watch this space for updates.
  • Phil... 8am? Or 7.30?
Both a bit early for some!
  • Prefer 07:30; however, if leaving at 8 means a bigger group, then it ought to be 8. Cheers....
  • What's everyone up for?
  • An excellent question.......
  • 8am unless a massive surge for earlier!
Was gonna suggest we could do an early hour and pick up the others at 8.30.
    Let's do 8am then it's simples.

    GD 100 Fixed
  • 8am it is then....Cheers
  • have i missed something. 100miles every Saturday on fixed. you iz mad and fortunate to have so much time.
might see you there or do my own thing as only have 3 hours to spare.
  • decided to do 2 bridges with Tim Hector leaving my place at 8am for a very steady ride instead as i would like to be back by 10.30am
    enjoy the spin.
  • 103 - loved it. Great to pick up Martin at around about Caxton. See you all next week for round 5!
  • Phil...
I'm setting off at 8am this Saturday (1 OCT) on the fixed and doing my hilly 60-70m route.
(I know you're out but not doing the GD because of time and hitting some speed training?)

Gonna get out Sunday as well due to no footie game.
  • Hi Robs

I'll be doing the usual GD100 in a clockwise direction; if anyone is interested I'll be setting off at 8am. The forecast is stunning so it'll be fab. I will NOT be riding a fixed......Cheers.
  • Hi, I will be there at 8,hope to do the whole route but might have to break off early depending on time.
    jez
  • Nice one Jez. If timing works out ok I Reckon we can finish it off in a little over 5hrs!
  • Got a sore ass after a hilly 4 hours on the fixed.
Skelders I bet ya fried with those two!
