Thanks for a great adventure yesterday. Managed the 12 miles back to sandy without any issues and did 147 miles in total! I owe one of you for the train fare?
-
Ignore that! Senior moment...
-
I cant download that route without signing up to pay?
-
I might give it a go if carmelo does?
-
Is there a ride this Wednesday and what time does it leave?
-
I forgot to add if you've lost something in the back garden or up the allotment I'm happy to try and find it :-)
-
soz spring is on its way and 15mph is too slow for racing snakes...enjoy your ride I need something nastier :-)
-
thanks for letting me tag along even though i dont speak a word of pirate lingo...trundled on a bit longer for 80 windy miles :-)
-
I came across this tonight, no signs until too late, managed to shift the barrier blunham side and get through the brambles on the other side..best to avoid if peeps are watching...
-
good effort, nice to see lots of riders out, I managed my first 100 miler of the winter http://app.strava.com/activities/87307951

thanks gwen I will try and attend as soon as I can, I'm a typical cyclist with recurring back ache and no flexibility! I tell my coach that I do core exercises but never do them, I'd rather ride my bike :-)
-
can anyone come? how much is it for non members? I probably wont be able to come until end of season and would ride out and back from Sandy.
-
everything given to cameron, I'm sure he'll make good use of it :-)
-
I can recommend these events. friendly bunch and the F2 events are on a quick course....
-
twas me that mentioned spring....I paid for it with a very wet and cold ride back to potton. Couldnt feel my fingers when I got home! On the plus side I've had two second places and a 3rd so far, 2013 is going well :-)
-
I'm racing next week and need a right kicking tommoz, snow or no snow!
-
thanks carmelo, some fit riders out today! Chapeau to the junior riders who had a race in their legs...clocked my first 100 miler of the year :=)
-
done, my kuota is still missing :-(
-
Good to be out on the road, I clocked 90.4 in the end. Punctured my last spare up near eltisley and headed home, shame as I had the legs for 100 :-)
-
only 6 out on the 9am run, sterling work from the expro mtber on the front and chapeau to the youngsters...didnt catch his name but respect is due. I struggled on for 81 miles and spent the rest of the day asleep! I've abandoned 53x12 rides in favo…

thanks guys, just what I needed with sore legs...pootled on for a bit afterwards... http://app.strava.com/activities/27510653

hope your ok carmelo, one day i'll get up early enough for the 9am run!
-
theres something to be said for not easing up too much and losing all that hard earned fitness...especially whilst the weathers half decent :-)
-
truely horrible conditions, my visor steamed up straight away and those shoddy number pins fell out except for the one decent one I had in the car. Tiptoed around the turn and hoped I wouldnt run into number 1 as I couldnt see much. Should have bee…
-
Managed 20.45ish today so the forms coming back, still about half a minute off where I was in june...Just paid out £170 for a 'speedsuit' which should save me a second or two :-) Good to see some decent riders coming through...
-
not done that course for a bit, quite enjoyed it despite being a bit ring rusty at the moment. Congrats to the winner :-)
-
Geoff I really applaud the efforts that you and the others have made in making CC Ashwell what it is. There is still some way to go before your a force to be reckoned with in the TT world, If you can find another three Nigels then maybe I might one …
-
that time has to go on your entry form its good for everything except the National 10, failure to do so will get you in the ... with the CTT!!
-
Ahem....you forgot to mention the winner :-) I PB'd with 19:54 the other week and 20:05 last night, well done Nigel!
