Just Myself and Jim out on such a great day for cycling. 39 miles @15.5

Four out today, Myself, Andrew R - go faster, Rebecca back from uni and Rupert back from the wilderness - 44 miles 16.57 avg enjoyable ride although a little misty to start with but the sun did appear in the end

Jim And Rob joined me, blues skies although windy headed west via ampthill, flitwick and back via Shillington, just under 40 miles and just under 16 mph

Sorry to read your message I presume you have a detached retina, I have sympathy for you as I have also been through the rigours of having one. Persevere with exactly what Moorfields advise as they are the best in their field.

If you cover the bike under your home policy under the all risks section this will normally cover it in the uk and abroad
This is the cheapest way in most cases depending on your insurer -
