Bike hire is on a first come first served basis (assuming it works as it has done in the past) - worth being there @ 8:45 if you intend to hire Once you have hired a bike, they record the bike number & try & give you that bike on any future …

I didn't make it down. Start of a cold, which has turned nasty, so not looking too good for this week either. Tristan was meant to have a club cricket game that got cancelled too late to allow a change of direction.

Thanks for the update. I would need folding rollers to fit into the boot of the car I'm taking.
Any further offers of fold up rollers for this weekend?

I'll be at the track on the 9th May with the YR 4 children from the local first school (I had to volunteer as a helper - rude not to).

Robbie,
I think the bridge at Great Barford is still closed. I've never found a suitable diversion -
Sorry I didn't make it. Kirstin had to work in the morning. I did get out for a couple of hours (first for approx 2 weeks). Too much consumption & the wind made for an interesting ride. Too high a heart rate & too slow a speed.

Assuming it's not P****ing down I'll be down & can take a ride around my Cambridge route. It's approx 64miles & has 1 drag over to Fulbourn.

Sorry Vic,
I was clearly having a really thick moment last night!! Clearlt the effect of having to clear the garage out after a Sunday morning ride. -
Vic it's on the 14th, NOT next weekend
Does that make a difference to you?
